- Account Holders;
- Visitors;
- anyone accessing Public Pages;
- anyone using the EZ Bio Website or Dashboard; and
- anyone using any Services provided through the Platform.
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy.
2. Purpose
EZ Bio is designed to help individuals, creators, professionals, and organizations create and publish Link-in-Bio pages, VCF Contact Cards, QR Codes, and related online content.
To protect our users, visitors, and the integrity of the Platform, certain activities are prohibited.
Premium Stores, Inc. reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this Policy and take appropriate action when necessary.
3. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Platform in any manner that violates applicable law, infringes the rights of others, compromises the security or integrity of the Platform, or interferes with another person's use of the Services.

You may not use the Platform to:
- violate any applicable law or regulation;
- promote or facilitate criminal activity;

- engage in money laundering or financial fraud;
- promote unlawful gambling or other illegal activities.
3.2 Fraud and Deception
You may not:
- impersonate another individual or organization;
- create misleading or deceptive Public Pages;
- engage in phishing or identity theft;
- misrepresent your affiliation with another person, business, or organization;
- publish false or misleading contact information.
3.3 Intellectual Property Violations
You may not publish Content that:
- infringes copyrights;
- infringes trademarks;
- violates patents or other intellectual property rights;
- violates another person's privacy or publicity rights.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary rights to publish your Content.
3.4 Malware and Platform Security
You may not:
- upload or distribute malware;
- distribute ransomware or spyware;
- introduce malicious code;
- interfere with the operation of the Platform;
- attempt to compromise Platform security;
- interfere with another user's account or data.
3.5 Unauthorized Access
You may not:
- attempt to access another person's account;
- bypass authentication or security controls;
- test, probe, or scan the Platform for vulnerabilities without authorization;
- interfere with servers, databases, or network infrastructure.
3.6 Spam and Abusive Promotion
You may not use the Platform to:
- send unsolicited communications;
- distribute spam;
- operate deceptive link schemes;
- engage in abusive promotional practices;
- use automated systems that generate excessive or unwanted traffic.
3.7 Harmful or Offensive Content
You may not publish Content that:
- promotes violence or terrorism;
- exploits or endangers children;
- incites hatred or unlawful discrimination;
- contains unlawful obscene material;
- encourages illegal activity.
3.8 Abuse of the Platform
You may not:
- overload Platform resources;
- scrape or harvest information from the Platform without authorization;
- interfere with the normal operation of the Platform;
- attempt to disrupt Services provided to other users;
- use the Platform in a manner that degrades performance or reliability.
3.9 Other Harmful Conduct
Technology and online abuse continue to evolve.
Accordingly, Premium Stores, Inc. may determine, in its reasonable discretion, that certain conduct or Content is harmful to the Platform, its users, Visitors, or the public, even if that conduct is not specifically listed in this Policy.
In such cases, we reserve the right to take appropriate action consistent with our Terms of Service and applicable law.
4. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- the Content you publish;
- your Public Pages;
- links you share;
- information included in your VCF Contact Cards;
- QR Codes generated for your Public Pages;
- compliance with applicable laws; and
- your use of the Platform.
You are responsible for ensuring that your Content is accurate, lawful, and does not violate the rights of others.
5. Public Pages
Public Pages are intended to be publicly accessible.
Information published on a Public Page may be viewed, shared, indexed by search engines, and accessed through QR Codes.
Premium Stores, Inc. does not verify or endorse user-generated Content and is not responsible for the accuracy or legality of information voluntarily published by Account Holders.
6. Enforcement
If we reasonably believe this Policy has been violated, Premium Stores, Inc. may, with or without prior notice:
- remove or restrict Content;
- disable Public Pages;
- suspend or reclaim URL Slugs;
- suspend or terminate accounts;
- restrict access to portions of the Platform;
- refuse future registrations; or
- report unlawful activity to appropriate authorities when required or appropriate.
Our decision regarding enforcement will be based on the nature and severity of the violation and the need to protect the Platform and its users.
7. Reporting Violations
If you believe Content or activity violates this Acceptable Use Policy, please report it through the official support resources available on the Platform.
When reporting a violation, please include sufficient information to help us investigate the matter.
Submitting a report does not guarantee that specific action will be taken, but all reports will be reviewed as appropriate.
8. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the Platform, our Services, applicable law, or our business practices.
When material changes are made, we will update the Last Updated date shown at the beginning of this Policy.
Your continued use of the Platform after the updated Policy becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
