1. Welcome to EZ Bio

Welcome to EZ Bio.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the EZ Bio platform and related services provided by Premium Stores, Inc. ("Premium Stores," "EZ Bio," "we," "us," or "our").

These Terms apply to:

visitors to EZ Bio.com;
registered users of dashboard.EZ Bio.com;
anyone who creates, manages, or publishes an EZ Bio page;
anyone who visits an EZ Bio public page;
anyone who scans an EZ Bio QR Code; and
anyone who downloads or uses an EZ Bio VCF Contact Card.

By accessing or using any part of the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Platform.

2. Definitions

For purposes of these Terms:

Account Holder means a person or organization that registers an EZ Bio account and uses the Dashboard.

Content means any information, text, images, logos, links, profile information, contact information, VCF data, or other material submitted, uploaded, or published through the Platform.

Dashboard means the authenticated administration platform located at https://dashboard.EZ Bio.com.

Platform means the EZ Bio Website, Dashboard, Publishing Domains, Public Pages, software, features, tools, and related services operated by Premium Stores, Inc.

Public Page means a publicly accessible Link-in-Bio page created by an Account Holder and published through an EZ Bio Publishing Domain.

Publishing Domain means any domain designated by EZ Bio for publishing Public Pages. Current Publishing Domains include ez.to, skool.bio, and author.bio. EZ Bio may add, modify, or discontinue Publishing Domains at any time.

QR Code means the encoded QR Code automatically generated by EZ Bio for a Public Page that directs visitors to that page.

Services means all products, software, tools, features, and services made available through the Platform.

URL Slug means the unique identifier assigned to a Public Page within a Publishing Domain (for example, ez.to/jane).

VCF Contact Card means a downloadable electronic contact card generated by the Platform using information provided by an Account Holder.

Visitor means anyone who accesses the Website, visits a Public Page, scans a QR Code, downloads a VCF Contact Card, or otherwise interacts with the Platform without necessarily having an account.

Website means https://EZ Bio.com.

3. The EZ Bio Platform

The Platform consists of three primary components:

Website

The Website (EZ Bio.com) provides information about EZ Bio, access to legal policies, and other public resources.

Dashboard

The Dashboard (dashboard.EZ Bio.com) is the secure administration area where Account Holders create and manage Public Pages, subscriptions, account settings, QR Codes, VCF Contact Cards, and other Platform features.

Publishing Domains

Public Pages are published through EZ Bio Publishing Domains.

Current Publishing Domains include:

ez.to
skool.bio
author.bio

Additional Publishing Domains may be introduced, modified, or discontinued at our discretion.

The Website and Dashboard are not Publishing Domains and are not used as public Link-in-Bio URLs.

4. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction;
have the legal authority to enter into this agreement;
provide accurate and current information when creating an account; and
comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

If you create an account on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

5. User Accounts

Creating an EZ Bio account allows you to access the Dashboard and use the Services available under your selected subscription plan.

You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
Keep your account information up to date.
Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account unless caused by our failure to maintain reasonable security measures.

You may not share your account in a manner that violates your subscription plan or use another person's account without permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information, are used fraudulently, or violate these Terms.

6. Subscription Plans and Billing

EZ Bio may offer both free and paid subscription plans.

Features, usage limits, pricing, and available Services may vary depending on the subscription plan selected.

If you purchase a paid subscription:

You authorize us or our payment processor to charge the applicable subscription fees.
Subscription fees are billed in advance according to the billing cycle you select.
Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise specified.

Unless required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise, subscription fees are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing or features. Any changes will apply prospectively and will not affect fees already paid for the current billing period.

7. Publishing Domains and URL Slugs

EZ Bio provides Publishing Domains through which Public Pages may be published.

Current Publishing Domains include:

ez.to
skool.bio
author.bio

Additional Publishing Domains may be added, modified, renamed, or discontinued as the Platform evolves.

URL Slugs

Account Holders may select an available URL Slug when creating a Public Page.

URL Slugs are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability and these Terms.

Registration of a URL Slug does not transfer ownership of the slug or any Publishing Domain. Premium Stores, Inc. retains all ownership rights in the Platform, its domains, and associated intellectual property.

EZ Bio reserves the right to reject, reserve, suspend, reclaim, or reassign any URL Slug that:

infringes or may infringe intellectual property rights;
impersonates an individual, business, organization, or public figure;
is misleading, offensive, unlawful, or abusive;
is reserved for Platform operations, security, or future use;
violates these Terms or applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms grants ownership of a URL Slug or any Publishing Domain.

8. Public Pages

Public Pages are intended to be publicly accessible on the internet.

By publishing a Public Page, you acknowledge and understand that:

Anyone with the page's URL or QR Code may access the page.
Public Pages may be indexed by search engines.
Visitors may share links to Public Pages.
Information you choose to publish may be visible to anyone who accesses the page.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the information you choose to publish.

Premium Stores, Inc. does not verify or endorse the content published on Public Pages.

9. QR Codes and VCF Contact Cards

Each Public Page is automatically assigned an encoded QR Code.

The QR Code encodes only the URL of the associated Public Page and is intended to provide convenient access to that page. The QR Code itself does not collect personal information.

The Platform may also generate a downloadable VCF Contact Card using information provided by the Account Holder.

Account Holders control the information included in their VCF Contact Card.

Visitors choose whether to download or import a VCF Contact Card. Once a VCF Contact Card has been downloaded or imported into a third-party application or device, Premium Stores, Inc. has no control over how that information is stored, used, or shared.

10. User Content

You retain ownership of the Content you submit to the Platform.

By uploading, publishing, or otherwise providing Content through the Platform, you grant Premium Stores, Inc. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

host;
store;
reproduce;
display;
transmit;
cache;
optimize; and
distribute

your Content solely as necessary to operate, maintain, improve, and provide the Services.

You represent and warrant that:

you own or have the necessary rights to your Content;
your Content does not infringe the rights of others;
your Content complies with these Terms and applicable law.

You remain solely responsible for all Content you publish through the Platform.

Premium Stores, Inc. reserves the right, but not the obligation, to remove or restrict access to Content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

11. Acceptable Use

Your use of the Platform is subject to these Terms and the EZ Bio Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You agree not to use the Platform in any manner that:

violates any applicable law or regulation;
infringes the intellectual property or other rights of another person or organization;
interferes with the security, integrity, or availability of the Platform;
attempts to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform or another user's account; or
otherwise violates the Acceptable Use Policy.

Premium Stores, Inc. reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and to suspend or terminate access to the Platform as described in these Terms.

12. Intellectual Property

Except for Content submitted by Account Holders, the Platform and all related software, technology, designs, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, databases, and other materials are owned by Premium Stores, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property rights to you.

Subject to these Terms, Premium Stores, Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for its intended purposes.

You may not:

copy, modify, or distribute the Platform except as expressly permitted;
reverse engineer or attempt to discover the source code of the Platform except where prohibited by law;
remove or alter copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices; or
use the EZ Bio name, logo, or other branding without prior written permission.

13. Suspension and Termination

Premium Stores, Inc. may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Platform if we reasonably believe that:

these Terms have been violated;
the Platform is being used fraudulently or unlawfully;
continued access may expose the Platform, other users, or third parties to harm;
suspension is necessary to protect the security, stability, or integrity of the Platform; or
we are required to do so by law.

We may also remove, disable, or restrict access to specific Content, Public Pages, QR Codes, VCF Contact Cards, or URL Slugs when appropriate under these Terms.

You may stop using the Platform and close your account at any time through the Dashboard, subject to any outstanding payment obligations.

Termination of your account does not automatically eliminate obligations that arose before termination, including payment obligations or provisions that by their nature survive termination.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Premium Stores, Inc. disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We do not guarantee that:

the Platform will always be available;
the Platform will be free from errors or interruptions;
defects will always be corrected; or
the Platform will meet every user's specific needs or expectations.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Premium Stores, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to Premium Stores, Inc. for the Services during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100), whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, portions of this section may not apply.

16. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Premium Stores, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

your use of the Platform;
your Content;
your violation of these Terms;
your violation of applicable law; or
your infringement of another person's rights.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Platform, applicable law, or our business practices.

When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the beginning of these Terms and, where required by law, provide additional notice.

Your continued use of the Platform after revised Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
