2. User Responsibility
Account Holders are solely responsible for the Content they publish through the Platform.
You may publish only Content that:
- you own;
- you have permission to use;
- is licensed for your intended use; or
- is otherwise permitted under applicable law.
You are responsible for ensuring that your Content does not infringe the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of any person or organization.
3. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that Content published through the Platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a written copyright complaint.
To help us investigate your claim, please include:
- your name and contact information;
- identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
- the URL or sufficient information identifying the allegedly infringing Content;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- a statement that the information provided is accurate; and
- a statement that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner, if applicable.
Providing complete information helps us review your request more efficiently.
4. Review Process
Upon receiving a copyright complaint, Premium Stores, Inc. may:
- review the information provided;
- request additional information if necessary;
- temporarily disable access to the reported Content;
- remove the reported Content;
- notify the Account Holder; or
- take any other action we reasonably determine is appropriate.
Submission of a complaint does not guarantee that Content will be removed.
Each report is evaluated individually based on the information available.
5. Counter Notification
If your Content has been removed or disabled as the result of a copyright complaint and you believe the removal was made in error, you may submit a written counter notification.
A counter notification should include:
- your name and contact information;
- identification of the removed Content;
- a statement explaining why you believe the Content was removed in error or that you have the legal right to publish it; and
- any supporting information that may assist our review.
Premium Stores, Inc. will review the information provided and determine the appropriate action.
6. Repeat Infringers
Premium Stores, Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
We may also remove or restrict access to Content where appropriate to protect the rights of copyright owners and the integrity of the Platform.
7. Good-Faith Reports
Copyright complaints should be submitted only when you have a good-faith belief that copyright infringement has occurred.
Knowingly submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent copyright claims may result in rejection of the complaint and, where appropriate, additional action under our Terms of Service or applicable law.
8. Other Intellectual Property
This Policy applies to copyright issues.
Questions relating to trademarks, impersonation, rights of publicity, or other intellectual property concerns may also be reported through the Platform's official support resources and will be reviewed under the applicable policies and Terms of Service.
9. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Copyright Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the Platform, applicable law, or our business practices.
When material changes are made, we will update the Last Updated date shown at the beginning of this Policy.
Your continued use of the Platform after the revised Policy becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
