    Providing certain information is optional. However, some information may be necessary to create an account or use specific Platform features.

    You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you choose to publish.

    2.2 Information Collected Automatically

    When you access the Platform, we may automatically collect technical information necessary to operate and secure our Services.

    This information may include:

    Optional analytics technologies are only activated after visitor consent as described in Section 6.

    3. How We Use Your Information

    We use personal information to operate, maintain, improve, and protect the Platform.

    Examples include:

    We collect and use only the information reasonably necessary to provide and improve the Services.

    4. Public Pages

    EZ Bio is designed to publish information that Account Holders choose to make publicly available.

    When you publish a Public Page, you understand that the information you choose to display may be:

    • viewed by anyone;
    • shared with others;
    • indexed by search engines;
    • accessed by scanning your QR Code; and
    • downloaded through your VCF Contact Card if you enable that feature.

    Because Public Pages are intended to be publicly accessible, you should carefully consider what information you choose to publish.

    Premium Stores, Inc. does not verify the accuracy of information published by Account Holders and is not responsible for information voluntarily made public by users.

    5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

    EZ Bio uses cookies and similar technologies to provide and improve the Platform.

    Some cookies are essential for the operation of the Platform and cannot be disabled because they are necessary to:

    • authenticate users;
    • maintain secure sessions;
    • remember user preferences;
    • protect against fraud; and
    • provide core Platform functionality.

    Other cookies are optional and are used only with your consent.

    Visitors may review or update their cookie choices at any time through the Cookie Preferences link available throughout the Platform.

    For additional information, please review our Cookie Policy.

    6. Analytics

    EZ Bio follows a consent-first analytics model.

    By default:

    • analytics technologies are disabled;
    • optional third-party analytics scripts do not load;
    • no optional analytics cookies are stored; and
    • no analytics data is collected until a visitor affirmatively provides consent.

    If a visitor chooses to decline optional cookies, analytics remain disabled until consent is later granted.

    If consent is provided, analytics may collect information such as:

    • page views;
    • button clicks;
    • browser type;
    • device type;
    • referring websites;
    • approximate geographic region; and
    • similar usage information that helps us understand how the Platform is used.

    Analytics are used solely to improve the Platform, identify areas for improvement, and better understand how visitors interact with Public Pages and the Platform.

    EZ Bio does not use analytics for cross-context behavioral advertising or to build advertising profiles about visitors.

    7. Our Privacy Commitment

    At EZ Bio, we believe privacy should be built into the Platform—not added later.

    We are committed to:

    • collecting only the information reasonably necessary to provide and improve our Services;
    • being transparent about how personal information is used;
    • giving visitors meaningful control over optional data collection;
    • protecting personal information through reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards; and
    • complying with applicable privacy laws.

    Optional analytics are disabled by default and are activated only after a visitor provides affirmative consent through our Cookie Preferences tool.

    EZ Bio does not sell personal information or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

    8. Third-Party Services

    Premium Stores, Inc. works with trusted third-party service providers to help operate and maintain the Platform.

    These providers may assist with services including:

    • domain and DNS services;
    • security and fraud prevention;

    • infrastructure monitoring; and
    • other services necessary to operate the Platform.

    These providers are permitted to access personal information only as necessary to perform services on our behalf and are contractually required to protect that information.

    Because service providers may change over time, this Privacy Policy describes the categories of providers we use rather than maintaining a list of individual vendors.

    8.1 Third-Party Links

    Public Pages and other areas of the Platform may contain links to third-party websites, social media platforms, online services, or other resources selected by Account Holders or provided for your convenience.

    This Privacy Policy applies only to the EZ Bio Platform. Once you leave the Platform or interact with a third-party website or service, your information is subject to that third party's privacy policy, terms, and practices.

    Premium Stores, Inc. does not control and is not responsible for the privacy practices, content, security, or policies of any third-party websites or services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party websites you visit before providing personal information.
